Q&A with Charlotte Lucier, Teacher
Tell us a bit about your story.
I clean houses when I’m not teaching English. I do many jobs to pay bills. I also teach Horsebackriding to any one of any age that wants to learn to ride.
What gave you the idea for your business and how did it start?
I needed money so I ran an ad in the local paper. I’ve always been good at cleaning so that’s what I did. I bought a Morgan, trained him and he does great, especially with kids.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I like to clean and I like to expand minds and bodies.
What are your keys to making yourself productive?
Stick with it.
Tell us one long-term goal in your career.
To retire.
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned through the course of your career?
You cant make everyone happy so make yourself happy.
What advice would you give to others aspiring to succeed in your field?
Work hard, do a good job, go above and beyond the client’s expectations

Ride my horse, read, write
