Q&A with Erica Whitmore, CEO of Pure Indulgence Treasures

Erica Whitmore founded Pure Indulgence Treasures after searching far and wide for a chemical-free product to assist with hair growth. After struggling to find one, Erica took it upon herself to found Pure Indulgence Treasures.

Erica, tell us a bit about Pure Indulgence Treasures.
We sell all-natural homemade hair growth cream and hair extensions.

What gave you the idea for your business and how did it start?
I love hair and during my hair growth journey, I couldn’t find an all-natural product to grow my hair so with research and trial and error I was able to create it.

What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Helping people, even those with medical issues such as alopecia, grow long, healthy hair.<

What are your keys to making yourself productive?
Keep moving. I want to provide a better life for my family.

Tell us one long-term goal in your career.
To open a hair salon and spa in Georgia or California.

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned through the course of your career?
You must market yourself and your brand.

What advice would you give to others aspiring to succeed in your field? 
Never give up and take it one day at a time. Plan and never be afraid to ask for help.

What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
Volunteer and help my 10-year-old son with his upcoming nonprofit organization.
