What gave you the idea for your business and how did it start?
While in a corporate role, I envisioned building an organizaton that would support movers and shakers – entrepreneurs and leaders in all sectors to grow, to support communities that demonstrative results for socio-economic results and faith in action.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Visioning & Inspiring the visions of others.
What are your keys to making yourself productive?
– Reflection on what worked in the past
– Taking Responsibility for outcomes
– Leading myself and inspiring inclusive leadership around me
– Spending time early in prayer, meditation, following the intuition, discerning the real need
– Mind mapping on how to be inclusive in partnership thought and actions

What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned through the course of your career?
– Not to be afraid of my best while supporting others best
– Not to rescue people that can help themselves – be your own rescue by allowing God to rescue YOU, then you can more effectively help others
– Never be intimidated by the growth & accomplishments of others. Together you can do wonders.
What advice would you give to others aspiring to succeed in your field?
Look at what you love doing, where you excelled, what the marketplace needs and lift your mantle to it.
What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
Traveling to a new place absorbing in the culture, writing poetry, journaling, spending time with family & friends.
