Q&A With Robert “Beenadon” Stallings, Founder, TouchMoneyMGMT
Tell us a bit about Newbaggang /touchmoneymgmt.
NEWBAGGANG is a label founded by vinny idol dblocks lead producer / touchmoneymgmt was founded by me robert beenadon stallings which is a management company that manage other artist as well under beenadon who is the ceo. Me and Vinny Idol paired up for the fact he seen my hunger ambition and drive. He’s the only producer that actually took the time to actually build with me and understand where I’m coming from.
What gave you the idea for your business and how did it start?
My business idea came from people just wanting to be apart of my movement I was moving by myself and people asked to join so I figured I use my connects to put them on and I’ll just manage them instead of letting someone else step in and control what i started.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
The favorite thing about my job is just being able to network and learn from the greats that I’ve been around and apply it to my own life. Plus the money is good lol could be better but it’s good and i like being my own boss.
What are your keys to making yourself productive?
The key to making myself productive is to wake up every morning stating to myself I’m meant to be successful and the industry is my calling… do as much shows where i know someone of importance is going to be. I promote myself everywhere i go ! but most of all i pray to god.
Tell us one long-term goal in your career.
My long term goal is to hopefully be #1 on billboards own my own label and as well land record deal or distribution deal so i can use that money to venture and invest into a few business i would like to open and then one day open my own non profit sports program for children with autism.
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned through the course of your career?
The most valuable lesson that I’ve learned is that never give up on your dream nor goal they might not like your ideas now but keep pushing forward and striving and they will feel you one day.
What advice would you give to others aspiring to succeed in your field?
My advise would be to always invest in yourself first and show that your serious and passionate about your craft than once you show that you can lead they’ll start to follow.
What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
My favorite thing to do is spend time with my son ,family ,and friends, play basketball and work out oh and did I mention I love to eat lol I’ve got a shopping habbit as well… I just love looking good.

One book ive read is called rich dad poor dad , and I’ve signed up with team R&B web site to get all new and up to dates about whats going on in the industry and use the tips that the team provides for better marketing skills also linkedIn is a great site as well.
