Tell us a bit about Carina Esthetics.
Carina Esthetics is a mobile beauty service we bring makeup eyelash extensions and other spa services to people on the go or who want to enjoy the privacy of their own location.
What gave you the idea for your business and how did it start?
After I graduated beauty school in 2009 a LOT of my clients wanted me to visit them they were busy society types and were used to glam teams coming to them to do services I thought “Hey this should be a regular thing for everyone “
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I make people feel better through spa and I LOVE the looks on their faces when they look in he mirror and see what I difference my Services made.
What are your keys to making yourself productive?
Don’t listen to naysayers concentrate on what you’re doing and how you can accomplish the goal.
Tell us one long-term goal in your career.
To open a beauty room.
What’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned through the course of your career?
People will not just jump up and support you be careful how you tell your ideas to others.
What advice would you give to others aspiring to succeed in your field?
Continued education is everything! You have to stay up to date on the latest procedures you can never get enough education.
What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
Travel , Music , Shopping and eating.
