What gave you the idea for your business and how did it start?

The curiosity around my hometown about my life as an NFL wife sparked me to write and capture my thoughts in a diary. After her death in 2013, I started compiling my journals and began penning the manuscript for “Reality to Rags to Riches; The Story & Life of an Ex-NFL Wife.”

What are your keys to making yourself productive?

Make connections and utilize networking-more doors and opportunities are placed in your path.

What advice would you give to others aspiring to succeed in your field?

“Success is a dish served only to the bold.” Be aggressive with your dreams and goals. Get a minimum of two mentors to assist you to see what you do not see and hear what you do not hear in your field. Accountability will increase your capability to succeed.

What are your favorite things to do outside of work?

I read books, binge-watch/listen to motivational & inspirational videos on YouTube and of course spending time with family and friends is a must during off days.
